    Halloween Adult Party Rental Questions

    Can the fog machine and swamp cooler run at the same time?

    Yes, but they interact. Evaporative coolers draw air through a wet pad and push cooled humid air into the space — that same airflow dissipates fog faster. Position the fog machine at one end of the tent and the swamp cooler at the other, directing airflow across rather than directly through the fog output.     How much power does a full Halloween production require?

    A full production Halloween event — fog machine, black lights, uplighting, DJ system, margarita machine, swamp coolers, and dance floor — can draw 8,000 to 14,000 watts simultaneously. Most residential properties cannot support that load from outdoor circuits alone. A generator is strongly recommended for any full production Halloween party. Torkay Event Services carries 3,500W through 9,400W generator options. Check availability for your event date.

    Is the margarita machine available for outdoor events?

    The dual-pull margarita and slushee machine is rated for indoor use only. For a tent event, it can be placed inside the tent structure as long as it is sheltered from any direct weather exposure. It is not suitable for fully open-air or uncovered outdoor positions. If your event is under a tent with sidewalls, it works perfectly positioned near the bar setup.     How far in advance should I book for a Halloween adult party?

    Halloween weekend is the single highest-demand rental date of the year. Large tent inventory, DJ dates, and casino table packages fill for October 31 and the preceding Saturday as early as August and September. Book 8 to 12 weeks in advance for any Halloween event requiring tent, DJ, and casino tables together. Check date availability early and call to hold a date while you finalize the production list.
