Banquet Chair Covers – Rental Information & Policies

Elegant banquet chair covers available in a wide range of colors to elevate weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations throughout the Greater Houston area.

Reservation & Payment Policy

• All colors other than White, Ivory, and Black must be reserved and paid in full at least five business days prior to the event date
• No refunds on chair covers, linens, or special-order items

Color Variations & Fabric Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fabric production, dye lots, laundering, pressing, and manufacturer variations, slight color differences may occur between linens, chair covers, sashes, runners, drapery, napkins, and tablecloths. While Torkay Event Services LLC makes every effort to match colors as closely as possible and minimize variations, exact color matching is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for color shade differences on in-stock or special-order items.

Customers acknowledge that screen displays on phones, tablets, and computers may show colors differently than how they appear in person.

Linen Condition & Care

All linens and chair covers are professionally laundered and sanitized in commercial machines after each rental using industry-standard cleaning procedures. Items are professionally pressed, folded, and packaged to reduce wrinkles and transport creasing.

Due to normal wear from prior rentals, minor stains, holes, or blemishes may be present. These are considered acceptable for rental inventory and do not qualify for refunds.

Wrinkles, Pressing & Setup Responsibilities

• Minor wrinkles or folding creases may occur during transport
• Final pressing or steaming after placement is the customer’s responsibility
• Torkay Event Services LLC does not provide irons or steamers, and delivery staff are not trained in linen wrinkle removal

Spandex chair covers may arrive wrinkled due to fabric characteristics; wrinkles dissipate once installed on chairs.

Damage Responsibility

Any damage caused by customer-supplied equipment—including iron burns, holes, impressions, or fabric damage—will be charged to the customer after the event. Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing to avoid late fees at the maximum rate allowed by Texas and California law.

Chair Cover Installation Notice

Customers are responsible for installing chair covers on chairs, even if setup and teardown services are selected. Chair cover installation is not included due to the time required.
